Common University Entrance Test 2022

The registration process for the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 for undergraduate programmes in central universities for the academic session 2022-23 will start on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 and will end on May 6. The applicants from all over the nation can visit the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in, nta.nic.in to register themselves.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has changed the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 registration date and now will start the application process from April 6 for UG admissions 2022-23. Candidates will be able to apply for CUET 2022 from April 6 to 5 pm of May 6. The application process for CUET 2022 examination was scheduled to open on April, 2, but later it was postponed to April 6 2022

The entrance exam of CUET 2022 for admission to UG Programmes will be conducted in the first and second week of July in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

How Candidates can apply for CUET 2022?

Prospective candidates can apply for CUET 2022 by visiting the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in First, you have to register yourself. Then, fill and submit the CUCET Application Form 2022 till April 30.

At the end of the CUET 2022 Application process, you have to pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.

Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) 2022: Paper Pattern

The CUET 2022 will be held in computer based testing mode. The question papers of CUET 2022 will have both objective type and multiple choice questions.The total number of questions asked in the CUET 2022 will be 175.

Section IA- This section will be conducted in 13 Languages namely Hindi, Punjabi, Assamese, Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Urdu and English.. Students can pick any one of these 13 languages. 40 questions including reading comprehension to be attempted out of 50 in each language.

Section IB – There will 19 Languages and any one of these languages can be chosen. The question type of this section is similar to section IA.

Section II – There are 27 Domains specific subjects being offered under this Section. A candidate may choose a maximum of Six Domains as desired by the applicable University or Universities. There will be MCQ Based Questions on NCERT Class XII syllabus.

Section III General Test- For any such undergraduate programme/ programmes being offered by Universities where a General Test is being used for admission. There will be 60 Questions to be attempted out of 75 including MCQ, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability etc.
